Washington Nationals infielder Anthony Rendon is not in the lineup on Sunday in the team's game against the Miami Marlins.
Rendon is being replaced at third base by Howie Kendrick against Marlins starter Trevor Richards.
In 82 plate appearances this season, Rendon has six home runs, 18 RBI, a .371 batting average and a 1.223 OPS.
