Cleveland Indians outfielder Greg Allen is not in the lineup on Tuesday in the team's game against the Seattle Mariners.
Allen is being replaced in right field by Tyler Naquin against Mariners starter Mike Leake.
In 29 plate appearances this season, Allen has a .040 batting average and a .218 OPS.
