St. Louis Cardinals outfielder Tyler O'Neill is starting on Sunday versus right-hander Anthony DeSclafani and the Cincinnati Reds.
O'Neill is replacing Harrison Bader in center field and hitting sixth.
O'Neill went 2-for-5 and scored a pair of runs in his last start. He also struck out twice.
