Dodgers' Clayton Kershaw (shoulder) to make season debut Monday

Los Angeles Dodgers starting pitcher Clayton Kershaw (shoulder) will make his season debut Monday at home against the Cincinnati Reds, manger Dave Roberts announced.

What It Means:

Kershaw threw five scoreless innings before surrendering a pair of solo home runs in the top of the sixth in his second rehab start Tuesday night at Double-A Tulsa. The 31-year-old left-hander has been dealing with a shoulder issue that emerged in the beginning of spring training.

numberFire's models expect Kershaw to record a 2.87 ERA and 1.06 WHIP with 167 strikeouts and 35 walks across 166 1/3 innings this season.
