Wil Myers out of Padres' lineup versus Cardinals
San Diego Padres outfielder Wil Myers is out of the starting lineup in Sunday's series finale versus right-hander Adam Wainwright and the St. Louis Cardinals.
Myers appears to be getting a breather. He's 10-for-33 (.303) with 2 taters and a double through nine appearances. Hunter Renfroe is manning left field while Franmil Reyes starts in right and hits fifth. Manuel Margot is in center field and working out of the eighth-hole. Franchy Cordero, who was lifted from Saturday's game due to a sore elbow, is available off the bench.
numberFire's models expect Myers to hit .247 with 19 home runs, 61 RBI, 63 runs scored, and 15 steals over the rest of the season.
