The Yankees announced Jacoby Ellsbury will be activated on Wednesday prior to their game versus Oakland.
Jacoby Ellsbury has been out since mid-May but put up a 1.09 nERD and .363 wOBA before hitting the DL. The Yankees have played surprisingly well on offense this year ranking 5th in wRC+, 4th in wOBA, and have the 9th lowest strikeout rate. Ellsbury's return will only bolster their offensive attack but you probably want to give him a couple games to knock off the rust before rolling him out in fantasy.
