Justin Upton (toe) 'probably' starting season on Angels' injured list
Los Angeles Angels outfielder Justin Upton (toe) will "probably" begin the season on the injured list," general manager Billy Eppler acknowledged Tuesday.
Upton is still undergoing evaluations after injuring his toe running into the outfield wall Sunday. David Fletcher could fill in while Upton is sidelined.
Prior to this update, numberFire's models expected Upton to hit .258 with 30 home runs, 86 RBI, 83 runs scored, and 10 steals this season.
