Chicago Cubs outfielder Ian Happ will not be on the major league roster to start the 2019 regular season.
According to manager Joe Maddon, Happ will begin the regular season in Triple-A after struggling to hit last season. Look for the 24-year old outfielder to get regular playing time in the minors.
In 142 games last season, Happ hit .233 with 15 homeruns and 44 RBI.
