Clayton Kershaw expected to start for the Dogers in Game 1 of Division Series
Los Angeles Dodgers pitcher Clayton Kershaw is expected to start Game 1 of the National League Divisional Series against the Atlanta Braves on Thursday.
It's not official, but it was expected that the Dodgers' ace would be on the mound for Game 1. Hyun-Jin Ryu would then start Game 2 with Walker Buehler ready to take the hill in Game 3 on Sunday. Mike Foltynewicz is expected to oppose Kershaw in Game 1 for Atlanta.
Kershaw posted a 2.63 ERA with a 1.04 WHIP and a 23.8% strikeout rate in 161 1/3 innings pitched this season.
