Pittsburgh Pirates infielder Josh Bell is starting on Thursday against the Chicago Cubs.
Bell will replace Jose Osuna at first base and bat third in the order against Jon Lester. Osuna will slide over to right field, and Jordan Luplow will head to the bench.
