Philadelphia Phillies outfielder Dylan Cozens is starting on Tuesday versus the Colorado Rockies.

Cozens will man left field and bat sixth versus Rockies right-hander Chad Bettis in his first start in the bigs since late June. Aaron Altherr is sidelined with a right big toe sprain and a bruised right knee after colliding with the outfield wall on Monday.
