Noah Syndergaard ($10,100 on FanDuel): The most expensive pitcher on the board and arguably the most talented of the slate, Noah Syndergaard is the easy choice if you're paying up at the position. Although the results haven't quite been there yet, he's showing a 3.09 SIERA, 28.3% strikeout rate, and 4.4% walk rate through two starts, falling pretty much right in line with his career norms. The Twins' offense is off to a nice start -- as evidenced by their dismantling of Jacob deGrom last night -- and their active roster posted a respectable 105 wRC+ against righties in 2018, but that isn't enough to shy away from this matchup. Minnesota has a minuscule 3.24 implied team total, further reaffirming that Syndergaard is the slate's top hurler.
