Joey Gallo has huge upside against Yordano Ventura and the Royals tonight. What other low-cost options are in a good spot?

Mitch Moreland, 1B, Texas Rangers

FanDuel Price: $2,900

On what looks to be a fairly underwhelming day for offenses, the Texas Rangers are the only team with an implied total above 5.0 runs -- 5.07 as of writing -- as they take on Yordano Ventura and the Kansas City Royals.

Ventura owns an ugly 4.81 SIERA on the year, as well as a career-high 9.7% walk rate. Left-handed hitters have beaten up on him to the tune of a .330 wOBA and especially bad 5.18 xFIP. Pitching in the hitter-friendly Globe Life Park may only magnify his issues.

Rangers left-handed stick Mitch Moreland has had a bit of a down year from the dish, but he has still managed a .197 ISO, which comes in above his career average. He owns a 35.4% hard-hit rate against right-handed pitching this season, and with a career .201 ISO against righties, he has big upside against Ventura.
