Reynaldo Lopez will be making his major league debut for the Washington Nationals tonight, and while he had a solid stint in Double-A this season, he only has two Triple-A starts since being drafted (both coming this season), and he posted a 5.49 FIP, 19.2% strikeout rate and 12.8% walk rate in those starts.

He may have a bright future ahead of him, but Lopez hasn't shown enough to raise a lot of concern for a guy like Chase Utley, who is slashing .274/.365/.395 with a 40.7% hard-hit rate against right-handed pitching this season. Utley offers a lot of value tonight.
