Perdomo has had a rough rookie campaign, and while he hasn't been nearly as bad as his 7.93 ERA makes it look, his 4.01 SIERA doesn't inspire a lot of confidence. Perdomo has given up a huge .405 wOBA with a 4.63 xFIP against left-handed hitters, and he has a tough matchup on his hands with Utley.
