A loaded second base pool will keep Rougned Odor low-owned despite an excellent matchup.

Ian Kennedy, P, Kansas City Royals

FanDuel Price: $8,600

Why He Will Go Overlooked:

On a slate with Johnny Cueto and Jacob deGrom, along with Julio Teheran and Jason Hammel both in good spots, it doesn't seem likely that Ian Kennedy will be a popular option -- especially with Philadelphia projected for 4.2 runs against him.

Why You Should Use Him:

Kennedy hit a rough patch in June, but he turned in his best outing of the season in his last start, striking out 11 Astros in seven innings. After that outing, his strikeout rate is now up to 23.1 percent.

His opponent tonight, the Phillies, have the 3rd-worst wOBA in the league, while also boasting the 13th-highest strikeout rate and 2nd-lowest walk rate against right-handers.

With so many other safe ways to go at pitcher, Kennedy isn't necessarily a pitcher you should be targeting in cash games. However, he showcased his immense upside in his last start (63 FanDuel points). He is a very exciting tournament play against the hapless Phillies lineup.
