The Cardinals have the highest implied total of the day as they take on John Lamb and the Reds.

Lamb is having an ugly season, sporting a 5.59 SIERA with an 11.4 strikeout rate and 9.3 percent walk rate. He has been bad against right-handed hitters, allowing a .350 wOBA to right-handed hitters over his short career, with a 4.05 xFIP.

Jedd Gyorko is on pace for a career year, hitting .250/.328/.452 in 116 plate appearances. He has done his best work against left-handed pitching over his career, with a .337 wOBA and .177 ISO compared to a .292 wOBA and .156 ISO against righties, and going up against a struggling lefty while having his best year from the plate, Gyorko is in a great spot tonight.
