He's sporting a .337 wOBA and .220 ISO against lefties on the year, with those numbers jumping to an outstanding .411 wOBA and .242 ISO if we look at his career to date.

Jon Lester isn't having as good a season as his 2.48 ERA may indicate, and his 3.67 SIERA is his highest since 2013.
