5 Under-the-Radar Daily Fantasy Baseball Hitters for 5/26/16
On a day with a surprisingly deep catcher player pool, Matt Wieters may go overlooked. Who else will fly under the radar?

Bryce Harper, OF, Washington Nationals

FanDuel Price: $4,000

Why He Will Go Overlooked:

Bryce Harper has struggled this month to the tune of a .195 batting average. With Mookie Betts and Jackie Bradley once again in good positions, along with all of the Royals outfielders, it is unlikely that Harper is a popular option.

Why You Should Use Him:

Harper has burned us recently, but his price is too low to ignore -- especially in an appealing matchup like the one he has tonight. The Nationals are facing right-hander Mike Leake, whose 4.21 SIERA this season is right in line with the 4.19 mark he put up last season. There is some risk here, because Leake has found his groove recently -- posting a 0.86 ERA over his last three starts. There's also considerable upside, as he's given up at least four runs in six starts this season.

Leake has struggled against lefties in his career, which bodes well for Harper. Harper, a lefty, absolutely crushes right-handed pitching -- especially at home.

While Vegas doesn't have Washington projected for one of the top totals of the slate, their 4.2 runs is certainly targetable. Harper likely isn't a cash-game consideration with the way he has been hitting, but he is one of the most intriguing GPP options on the slate at his depressed price tag and ownership percentage.
