Staff Fantasy Baseball Draft: Analysis of Our 12-Team Head-to-Head League
Some of the numberFire writers gathered for a fantasy baseball draft. How did it unfold?

It's that time of year! The 12 members of the numberFire crew assembled last Sunday to complete a mock draft, and I'm here to tell you all about it.

We used Yahoo's standard format for scoring, which means a lineups consist of one of each infield position, one catcher, three outfielders, and eight pitchers (two starting, two relief, four of either).

Scoring was a standard head-to-head with 5X5 categories, which were batting average, home runs, runs scored, RBI, and stolen bases for hitters with ERA, WHIP, saves, wins, and strikeouts for pitchers.

We'll go through the rounds and highlight interesting picks, and I'll detail how I built my team in particular.
