The mercurial Chicago Cubs starter has been dreadful to start the year. Over two starts, which have lasted a combined 6 2/3 innings pitched, the right-hander has allowed 18 base runners, and 11 have been via the free-pass.

He has limited fly-balls to a solid 15.8% rate, but he's allowed a 42.1% hard-hit rate, and generated only an 8.7% swinging-strike rate. Other pitching options seem to be in a far better spot on the main slate.
