Jose Peraza, SS, Cincinnati Reds

Jose Peraza has had an excellent season in his age-24 campaign. He is batting .286 and continues to flash some speed as he has swiped 17 bags on the year.

Still, Peraza doesn't offer very much upside for DFS purposes. Despite the high batting average, his wRC+ is just 93 due to a subpar 29.7% hard-hit rate. He is also facing an extremely tough pitcher on Monday night.

Despite battling injuries, Noah Syndergaard has pitched tremendously well this season when he's been on the mound. His 3.28 SIERA is very strong, and his 13.9% swinging-strike rate is right in line with his career rates. Throughout his career, Syndegaard has been filthy against right-handed batters like Peraza, holding them to a .266 wOBA, 29.3% strikeout rate, 28.0% fly-ball rate, and 25.0% hard-hit rate.
