3 Daily Fantasy Baseball Players to Avoid on 8/2/18
Even though he has thrived against lefties in his career, Ryan Braun has a tough task on tap with Clayton Kershaw on the mound. Who else should we look to avoid?

Ryan Braun, OF, Milwaukee Brewers

FanDuel Price: $2,700

For his career, Ryan Braun has smashed left-handed pitching. Over 1,647 plate appearances, Braun has popped lefties for a .421 wOBA, .282 isolated power (ISO), and 39.3% hard-hit rate.

But in 2018, Braun hasn't been so adept with the platoon advantage. Over 90 plate appearances, he's knocked them for only a .308 wOBA and 23.1% fly-ball rate.

Making matters worse, he will face a pretty decent lefty in Clayton Kershaw. This season, Kershaw has held righties to a 30.0% hard-hit rate, 27.2% fly-ball rate, and .263 wOBA.

Unless Braun can turn back the clock, he's one to avoid tonight in the outfield.
