Coming off a stint on the team's disabled list, DJ LeMahieu has been straight crushing the baseball. Returning last weekend for a series against the Los Angeles Dodgers, the Colorado Rockies' leadoff man reached base 6 times in 15 plate appearances, tallying 5 runs scored and 4 runs batted in. Not a bad way to come back to the lineup.

But the second baseman may have his hands full tonight as Anthony DeSclafani makes his 2018 debut. Dating back to the start of last season and 613 plate appearances against righties, LeMahieu sports a mediocre .319 weighted on-base average (wOBA), 27.8% hard-hit rate, and 20.2% fly-ball rate.

LeMahieu has been solid to start 2018, with a .357 wOBA, but for a premium priced player it's better to look elsewhere tonight.
