Daily Fantasy Baseball: Positive Batted-Ball Regression Candidates for Week 8
Adrian Gonzalez is in the midst of a minor power resurgence, and the advanced stats say his results should be even better. Which other hitters could show positive regression in Week 8?

Jesse Winker, OF, Cincinnati Reds

Former first-round pick Jesse Winker has followed his Cincinnati Reds teammates down the rabbit hole of offensive hopelessness thus far in 2018, posting a barely-there .067 isolated slugging after impressing with a .231 mark in limited at-bats last season.

But under the hood, Winkler still looks like a promising offensive piece, stinging the ball for a 38.4% hard-hit rate and 26.2% line-drive rate. With the up-and-coming left hander squaring off against the righty-heavy Pittsburgh Pirates staff and then taking a trip to the hitter's haven at Coors Field, Winker could present strong value at a FanDuel salary at or below $3,000.
