Jose Ramirez, 2B/3B, Cleveland Indians

It may be hard to find an owner willing to sell low on Jose Ramirez, considering the Cleveland Indians third baseman finished third in the AL MVP voting last year. But, so far in 2018, his numbers do not look like he's going to have the same kind of season this time around

Through 65 plate appearances, he's hitting .200/.323/.418 with four homers, eight RBI and seven runs scored. However, that comes with a BABIP of .149 and a walk rate of 15.4% -- almost double what he put up last season (8.1%). So it's clear that Ramirez's numbers should turn around soon.

Ramirez has a hard-hit rate of just 25.5% according to Fangraphs, but a soft-hit rate of just 23.5%. His ground-ball percentage is similar to where it was last year, at a relatively low 37.3%. The difference this season is that Ramirez is exchanging line drives for fly balls. If he continues to walk at his current pace, he's going to find himself in a lot of hitter's counts, which should allow his 9.8% line drive rate to move closer to 20.0%, his career average.
