Yoan Moncada, 2B, Chicago White Sox

FanDuel Price: $3,300

Second base is a little thin tonight, so with the Toronto Blue Jays sporting a slate-high 5.32 implied team total against Carson Fulmer, the masses may look to Devon Travis -- if he is back in the leadoff spot -- at a cost of just $2,400.

So where else can you turn? Well, those same Blue Jays are starting Aaron Sanchez, who is immensely talented but a bit of a wild card following an injury-shortened season in which he threw just 36 innings. He has the goods to rack up more punchouts theoretically, but as a starter, he actually only has a career 18.9% strikeout rate and 12.5% walk rate against left-handed hitters. He also struggled with his control in his first game against the New York Yankees, issuing 4 walks and striking out just 2 in 5 2/3 innings.

Should Sanchez once again be off, Yoan Moncada could benefit as the leadoff man for the Chicago White Sox. The former top prospect has had some growing pains as a Major Leaguer, but he's displayed a 37.8% hard-hit rate over 271 career plate appearances, including a 42.4% rate against righties. His struggles with strikeouts and the matchup add some risk, but he makes for an intriguing boom-or-bust option.
