With teams like the Houston Astros, Chicago Cubs, and New York Yankees showing the highest implied team totals on the slate, and opposing pitcher Mike Foltynewicz coming off a strong spring, the Philadelphia Phillies may not get as much love tonight.

This presents a nice opportunity to use Rhys Hoskins. Over 212 plate appearances, he displayed incredible power last year, putting forth a 46.0% hard-hit rate and 45.2% fly-ball rate, along with an impressive 17.5% walk rate. Even if we account for some regression, those are numbers we can get excited about. Foltynewicz has some alluring raw stuff, but he only has a 21.6% strikeout rate against righties in his career, which is hardly a scary mark.

The wind is blowing out in Atlanta, which could further increase the offense there. As a guy priced below $4,000, Hoskins is much cheaper than the other heavy hitters in tonight's pool, but he carries just as much upside.
