Stephen Strasburg is no doubt the top arm on the board under normal circumstances, but in all likelihood, we're going to see him with a limited pitch count tonight, which makes him a tough sell in DFS as the most expensive pitcher. Strasburg only threw 83 pitches in his last outing, so it's very likely we see a similar output tonight. His injury history is well-documented, and with the Washington Nationals having nothing left to accomplish in the regular season, there's little reason for them to push the envelope with bigger goals in mind.

Strasburg has a stellar 3.38 SIERA and 29.1% strikeout rate this season, so if we hear he won't have any limitations against the Pittsburgh Pirates then he gets an enthusiastic green light. But more than likely you'll have to go elsewhere on the mound tonight.
