3 Daily Fantasy Baseball Players to Avoid on 9/27/17
Bryce Harper is back in our baseball lives, but he may be treated with kid gloves the rest of the regular season, limiting his DFS appeal.

Bryce Harper, OF, Washington Nationals

FanDuel Price: $4,000

It's great to see Bryce Harper healthy again, but he may not be back in time to do much for our DFS lineups.

Harper got the start in Tuesday's game, but was removed after just five innings (three plate appearances), as the Washington Nationals eased him back into action. Manager Dusty Baker has compared his planned usage for Harper to spring training, making it difficult to trust Harper in daily fantasy. If he's only getting three plate appearances, he might as well be batting ninth, which isn't what you're looking for at $4,000.

If we get confirmation that Harper has the green light for a full game, then he can be considered against Mark Leiter Jr. (4.95 implied total). Otherwise it's hands off, no matter how talented he is.
