3 Under-the-Radar Daily Fantasy Baseball Plays for 9/27/17
Max Kepler makes for an interesting option in the outfield against Danny Salazar. Who else profiles as a strong sleeper play for Wednesday's daily fantasy baseball contests?

Garrett Richards, SP, Los Angeles Angels

FanDuel Price: $8,200

Why He Will Go Overlooked:

The main slate is littered with a lot of mid-priced options, but two top pitchers that should see a ton of ownership include Rich Hill and Luis Severino.

With only 24 innings under his belt this season, Garrett Richards could be ignored.

Why You Should Use Him:

While Richards is still working his way back into form, he has been pretty strong since returning from the disabled list.

He hasn't gone very deep into games, but did throw six innings in his most recent appearances, allowing one hit and no runs with six strikeouts. The right-hander has struck out 26.7% of hitters he's faced while walking just 4.4% and has done a great job of inducing soft contact (22.6%).

Facing a Chicago White Sox club that's striking out 23.6% of the time while posting just a 91 wRC+ with a 30.3% hard-hit rate against righties, Richards makes for an intriguing pivot.
