Severino ranks fifth among qualifying pitchers with a 3.29 SIERA, eighth with a 29.0% strikeout rate, and 11th with a 12.8% swinging-strike rate, which leaves him offering a ton of fantasy upside against a strikeout-happy team like the Rays.
