3 Daily Fantasy Baseball Value Plays for 9/25/17
With a .433 wOBA against lefties, Justin Smoak offers huge upside tonight against Drew Pomeranz and the Red Sox. Who else should you target for big-time value in daily fantasy baseball on Monday?

Hanley Ramirez, 1B, Boston Red Sox

Price: $2,700

Hanley Ramirez has been on the bench recently for the Boston Red Sox while they have been playing without a designated hitter on the road against the Cincinnati Reds.

They're back at home tonight, though, with a big 5.54 implied total in a great matchup against Toronto Blue Jays left-hander Brett Anderson.

It's not over a huge sample size because of the time he has spent on the bench, but Ramirez has been making some really strong contact lately -- he ranks 11th in average exit velocity among the 347 hitters with at least 10 batted balls over the past 15 days.

When we combine Anderson's 37.1% hard-hit rate allowed to right-handed bats with Hanley's 37.5% hard-hit rate against southpaws, there could be some issues for the hurler.
