I just can't quit Brandon Moss.

Despite being priced at minimum salary, he ranks third in average exit velocity and first in average batted-ball distance among 354 hitters with at least 10 batted balls in the past 15 days. When a guy is making contact like that, you can't expect their BABIP to stay as low as Moss' .167 for long.

He also draws a good matchup -- the Kansas City Royals' 4.67 implied total is the day's third-highest mark as they take on Minnesota Twins right-hander Kyle Gibson, who has been tagged for a .370 wOBA on a 35.2% hard-hit and 12.5% soft-hit rate by left-handed hitters this season.
