Daily Fantasy Baseball: Batted-Ball Positive Regression Candidates for Week 23
Greg Bird has some solid batted-ball numbers lately, but he's had little in the way of good results to show for it. Who else is due for some positive regression?

Yandy Diaz, 3B, Cleveland Indians

In a limited sample size, Yandy Diaz has some ridiculous batted-ball numbers, posting the best exit velocity (minimum 10 at-bats) of anyone in the entire league at 98.5 miles per hour (MPH). Diaz doesn't hit for a ton of power, but hitting in the middle of the Cleveland Indians lineup, he should have a bunch of chances to do damage with runners on base.

Diaz will play in a hitter-friendly ballpark in Chicago against David Holmberg, Reynaldo Lopez, and Carlos Rodon, and then will go back home against the Baltimore Orioles for matchups with Ubaldo Jimenez, Wade Miley, and Chris Tillman.

These are some of the best matchups in the league, and a $2,900 price tag on FanDuel shouldn't scare anyone away from Diaz.
