3 Under-the-Radar Daily Fantasy Baseball Plays for 7/31/17
Brandon Moss has struggled so far this year with the Royals, but he's ripping the ball lately and has a great matchup on Monday. Who else makes for a strong sleeper play?

Charlie Morton, SP, Houston Astros

FanDuel Price: $8,800

Why He Will Go Overlooked:

On a very small slate, there are three huge pitching options that are likely to see a ton of ownership. Luis Severino and Michael Fulmer square off in New York, and Sonny Gray, if he isn't traded, is set to take the bump for the Oakland Athletics.

One option that should see far less ownership while potentially being in line for a big night is Charlie Morton of the Houston Astros.

Why You Should Use Him:

While the Tampa Bay Rays have been a formidable offense this year, but over the last two weeks, they've really hit the skids, ranking second-to-last in team wOBA (.282) and striking out a whopping 26.8% of the time.

Morton, meanwhile, has been whiffing a lot of dudes through his first 82 1/3 innings. His 26.1% strikeout rate and 10.4% swinging-strike rate give him plenty of upside on tonight's main slate.
