The Baltimore Orioles' offense is in a great spot tonight, with the main slate's highest implied total (5.60) in a matchup versus southpaw Martin Perez. Despite the quality matchup, the Orioles' bats are nice and cheap, and we can find a ton of value in their lineup.

Jonathan Schoop has turned in an excellent 2017 season so far, putting up a career-best .366 wOBA through 91 games. He has been especially dangerous against left-handed pitching, posting a .371 wOBA, .281 isolated slugging (ISO) and 36.8% hard-hit rate against them.

Perez pitched to a poor 5.11 skill-interactive ERA (SIERA) in 2016, and he is following it up with a 5.02 SIERA in 2017. He doesn't pose much of a threat to slow down Schoop.
