The Los Angeles Dodgers are massive -325 favorites tonight, and the Chicago White Sox' 3.12 implied total is by far the lowest mark on the slate.

Looking only at active rosters, the White Sox have actually hit southpaws well this year, with a 119 wRC+, but they do still strike out at an above-average rate (20.9%).

Clayton Kershaw obviously isn't just any southpaw either. In what is actually a down year for him statistically, Kershaw ranks fourth among qualifying pitchers with a 2.88 skill-interactive ERA (SIERA) as well as fifth with a 31.4% strikeout rate and sixth with a 13.7% swinging strike rate.

Both his floor and upside are elite, making him well worth the hefty price-tag tonight, and numberFire's models project him as by far the top-scoring fantasy pitcher on the slate.
