Dinelson Lamet, SP, San Diego Padres

FanDuel Price: $8,100

Why He Will Go Overlooked:

With only 16 starting pitchers to choose from in a condensed slate, there are a few studs sure to get a lot of run, including ace Clayton Kershaw. Chris Archer and David Price also take the pill and could see some high ownership, too.

A mid-range option that's been a bit inconsistent is Dinelson Lamet of the San Diego Padres. Through 6 starts, he's fired 30 innings and posted a 6.60 ERA while allowing 2.40 home runs per nine innings pitched.

Why You Should Use Him:

A deeper dive on Lamet reveals some juicy goodness, and he could be in line for a big night.

While there's no denying that ERA, a 3.35 SIERA is far more palatable. A big reason for that lower skill-based stat is a 32.3% strikeout rate and an absurd 14.0% swinging-strike rate.

He'll take on the Atlanta Braves, who've been mediocre without Freddie Freeman, posting a team .317 wOBA over the past 30 days, which ranks 23rd in baseball.

All in all, Lamet screams of big upside potential at a pretty affordable price point.
