In just a few short hours, top collegiate and high school players will hear their name called and realize a dream they've been fantasizing about for quite some time now.

While it can be tempting to take a high school player with gobs of upside, some big league organizations opt for college players because they're more polished and have a chance at "fast-tracking" through the minor leagues.
