Robert Gsellman, SP, New York Mets

FanDuel Price: $6,500

Why He Will Go Overlooked:

Chris Sale has officially vaulted into Clayton Kershaw territory -- despite a ridiculous price, it's really hard to fade him. He'll take the hill against the Texas Rangers and will likely be heavily owned.

One option sure to be ignored is Robert Gsellman of the New York Mets. Gsellman has been downright awful so far this year, logging a 6.75 ERA through 38 2/3 innings.

Why You Should Use Him:

Gsellman's SIERA of 4.18, while not spectacular, shows that he's perhaps been a bit unlucky so far in 2017.

And while his strikeout rate has dipped a bit (16.2% thus far, as opposed to last season's 22.7%), he's also cut his walk rate from 8.1% to 7.6%, so all is not lost.

The right-hander's matchup is fantastic, though -- against right-handed pitching in 2017, the San Diego Padres rank 26th in team wOBA (.296) with a healthy 24.7% strikeout rate.

The Padres might be just the cure for all that ails Gsellman.
