Rich Hill, SP, Los Angeles Dodgers

FanDuel Price: $8,700

There's no question Rich Hill has great stuff when healthy (29.4% strikeout rate in 2016), and he gets a great matchup against the San Francisco Giants in pitcher's haven AT&T Park. The Giants only have a 3.32 implied team total this evening.

But it's no secret Hill has struggled mightily with blisters since last season, and he's only made two starts in 2017. It's reached the point where the Los Angeles Dodgers have even toyed with the idea of making Hill a relief pitcher.

Thus, in his first major league start since April 16th, it's difficult to see Hill pitching deep in this one, limiting his upside. In 20 starts last year, he pitched seven or more innings only three times. The Dodgers are sure to have a quick hook if his blister issues arise, as well.

Hill's price also sits in no man's land, right below pricey starters like Zack Grienke, but not quite as cheap as value plays like Eduardo Rodriguez and Jimmy Nelson.

A wait-and-see approach is advised until he proves he can handle a starter's workload again.
