Just about everything is working in Noah Syndergaard's favor today.

Bringing those numbers into a matchup with Syndergaard -- who has a 2.04 SIERA and 27.4% strikeout rate through three starts after posting a 2.95 SIERA and 29.3% strikeout rate last season -- creates a pretty ideal situation for fantasy production, and Syndergaard is easily the day's top pitching option.
