4 Under-the-Radar Daily Fantasy Baseball Plays for 9/16/16
Heading to Camden Yards, Chris Archer has a nice matchup against the strikeout-heavy Orioles. Who else may fly under the radar?

Chris Archer, P, Tampa Bay Rays

FanDuel Price: $9,800

Why He Will Go Overlooked:

There are some stud pitching options at the top of the slate, none bigger than Max Scherzer taking the hill as a huge -235 moneyline favorite against the woeful Braves offense. In addition, Corey Kluber and Chris Sale are higher-priced aces available on Friday. This should lead to low ownership for Chris Archer, who's only 8-18 on the season.

Why You Should Use Him:

While Archer and the Rays are nearly a pick'em against the Orioles, there's obviously huge upside potential here.

Archer ranks sixth in Major League Baseball in strikeout rate at 28.2%. The Orioles, meanwhile, rank ninth in the league in strikeout rate at 21.7%.

Archer has been a model of consistency lately, racking up 30 or more FanDuel points in each of his last 10 starts. Even better is Archer's upside potential, as he's gone for 48 fantasy points or more four times in those last 10 starts.
