Why He Will Go Overlooked:

Sporting a 4.61 SIERA and a 5-7 record on the season, Rays rookie Blake Snell has had his ups and downs. Given the high-priced options available on this evening's slate which includes Jose Fernandez, the return of Clayton Kershaw, and Madison Bumgarner, Snell is unlikely to see huge ownership.

Why You Should Use Him:

Snell has only throw 74 1/3 big league innings, but he's turned in a strong post All-Star break, lowering his xFIP from 4.81 to 4.09.

He's also hiked his strikeout rate up 9% to a healthy 27.7%. Snell continues to exhibit a fantastic home run per nine inning (HR/9) ratio, limiting the damage to 0.48 HR/9.

While Yankee Stadium certainly is a healthy offensive park, Snell makes for a nice tournament play.
