Yulieski Gurriel was absolutely dominant in the Cuban National Series last season, slashing .500/.589/.874 in 224 plate appearances.

He only has a tiny sample of Major League action to draw from, having made his debut on August 21st, but he has 6 hits (including two doubles), 2 walks and 2 RBIs through 16 plate appearances.

He has a great matchup today against Sean Manaea, a rookie who owns a 4.53 ERA and 4.13 SIERA through 20 games. Manaea is allowing a shaky 35.5% hard-hit rate to right-handed hitters, and Gurriel is a dangerous enough bat to offer huge upside tonight.
