Pretty Rachel makes plenty of appeal against these. Successful on four of her last five starts, she was a comfortable winner of a starter allowance on her first start on a synthetic surface here last time and can repeat the dose. #5 Baba – Belmont Park R7 (4:09 PM ET)

Baba was an emphatic winner of a C&D starter allowance contest last time and is taken to follow up. The daughter of Uncle Mo could hardly have been any more impressive on her first start since being claimed by Rudy Rodriguez, winning by five lengths. #2 Abaan – Belmont Park R8 (4:42 PM ET)

Abaan can get back on track in this Grade 2 staying contest. A winner of a stakes contest over this distance at Gulfstream Park last December, he then followed up in a Grade 3 there.
