3 FanDuel Premier League Under-the-Radar Plays for Matchweek 12
If you have played daily fantasy sports for a while, you know the importance of being contrarian in large-field tournaments. Recognizing which players are going to be owned by the masses and finding others who you think have a similar point projection but will come at much lower ownership can really separate yourself from your opponents.
The same goes for DFS Premier League. Even though the large-field tournaments aren't quite as large as they are for other sports, there is still value in identifying quality under-the-radar plays.
This article will discuss FanDuel's main Saturday slate, which starts at 10:00 a.m. EST and features five matches.

The 12th main slate of the season is a slightly abbreviated one that lacks star power. Tottenham are the only elite side in action, and, per FanDuel Sportsbook, they have an implied win probability of just 56.5% on the road against Crystal Palace. Leicester City are the largest favorites on the slate, with implied win odds of 66.8%. The remaining three matches are all projected to be tight affairs.
Despite their unimpressive outlook, Tottenham players will likely still be popular this weekend due to the lack of quality options available. That makes fading them -- or at least fading star forward Harry Kane ($13,500) -- worth considering. While Crystal Palace have been dismal at home this season, Tottenham are coming off of a last-minute victory over PSV in the Champions League on Tuesday, and their match against Crystal Palace will be their fifth game in 13 days.
With that in mind, here are three players to consider -- especially for tournament formats -- this weekend as these three may fly under the radar.
