The top end of the forward pricing is pretty bleak. Arguments can be made for both Harry Kane ($13,500) and Marko Arnautovic ($12,000), but with each just a 0.5-goal road favorite, Vardy becomes awfully enticing even without factoring in the cash savings he offers.

Leicester are the slate's biggest favorite as the Foxes are 1.0-goal favorites with 68.8% implied win odds for their home date against Burnley.

One of the EPL's better defensive teams last year, the Clarets have been in shambles at the back all season. Burnley have given up the 2nd-most goals (25) in the league while ranking last in shots per game allowed (21.0) and 17th in possession (43.1%). Leicester, meanwhile, rank a surprising eighth in possession (51.6%) and have netted eight goals in five home matches.

As is usually the case, Vardy has been extremely reliant on goals for DFS production this year as he hasn't put up more than 14.0 FanDuel points in a game in which he didn't find the back of the net. But he takes penalties for Leicester, and this is a ceiling spot for him. In a similar situation earlier this season -- a home match against Huddersfield -- he totaled a goal and assist on his way to a campaign-best 45.6 FanDuel points. With James Maddison out, Vardy will likely shoulder a lot of the attacking load for the Foxes.
