I would. I have Brees and Jennings and except for Brees's last game they have been solid! You can also afford to not have Rice.

For the price of Rice you are upgrading your QB and your WR. And you can afford that price with the RBs you still have. I wonder just how weak you are at WR, but regardless that sounds like a good deal for you.
